Diane Neal was named president and chief operating officer. She will jointly lead the Limited Brands beauty company with Neal Fiske, chief executive officer of Bath & Body Works.

Ann-Martin Vachon joined the company as chief marketing officer. Previously, she was with Procter & Gamble.
